These Terms & Conditions apply to the 701 platform and all its services. By accessing, registering, logging in, or using any service on the platform, you agree to be fully bound by these terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using the platform.
701's services are for adults only. At the time of registration, you must confirm that you are 18 years of age or older and that you are voluntarily using this service on your own behalf. Providing false information will result in immediate account closure.

Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities
Providing accurate and up-to-date information at the time of registration on 701 is mandatory. Each individual may only create one account. 701 reserves the right to permanently close all accounts if multiple accounts are found to have been created by the same person.
Account Security
You are solely responsible for keeping your account password and login credentials confidential. If you believe someone has accessed your account without your permission, notify 701 immediately. You will be held responsible for any authorized or unauthorized use if you fail to report it in a timely manner.
User Responsibilities
- Attempting to access another user's account is strictly prohibited.
- Fraudulent activity, bots, or automated software of any kind are strictly prohibited on the platform.
- Abusive or harmful behavior toward other users is strictly prohibited.
- Any changes to the information provided at registration must be reported to the platform promptly.
Payment & Transaction Policy
All financial transactions on 701 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Deposits and withdrawals must be made through the designated mobile banking methods. Minimum and maximum limits for each transaction are specified on the platform.
- Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted; all transactions must be made from your own registered payment method.
- Withdrawal processing times may vary depending on the method used.
- For suspicious transactions, 701 may request additional information for verification purposes.
- In the event of erroneous or fraudulent transactions, 701 reserves the right to freeze or reverse the funds.
- All bonuses and promotional offers carry their own terms and conditions, which apply independently.
Identity verification may be required for withdrawals of ৳500 or more. 701 is not responsible for any financial transactions conducted outside the platform.
Platform Usage Rules & Prohibited Activities
The 701 platform is permitted for personal and entertainment use only. Operating the platform for commercial purposes or on behalf of third parties is strictly prohibited.
Prohibited Activities
- Any form of money laundering or illegal financial activity.
- Tampering with or attempting to hack the platform's software or systems.
- Conducting transactions or playing games using another user's identity.
- Group coordination or collusion intended to manipulate game outcomes.
- Commercial reuse of the platform's content, data, or information.
If a user engages in any of the prohibited activities listed above, 701 reserves the right to close the account without prior notice and, where necessary, report the matter to the relevant authorities.
Liability & Intellectual Property
Limitation of Liability
701 is committed to delivering the highest standard of service; however, 701 shall not be held liable for service disruptions caused by technical issues, internet outages, or third-party factors. Game outcomes are entirely dependent on connectivity and system performance.
- If a game result is inconclusive due to a technical error, 701 reserves the right to refund the bet.
- 701 is not liable for any losses caused by issues with a user's own device, connection, or software.
- 701's liability for issues arising from third-party game providers is limited.
Intellectual Property & Ownership
All content, logos, designs, software, and data on the 701 platform are the intellectual property of 701. Reproduction, modification, or commercial use without permission is strictly prohibited. Intellectual property rights for third-party games and content remain with their respective owners.
Account Suspension, Closure & Amendment Policy
Account Suspension & Closure
701 may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account under any of the following circumstances:
- Violating any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
- Involvement in fraudulent or suspicious activity.
- Registering with false information or failing to provide required verification details.
- As required by legal directive or order of a government authority.
Upon account closure, the applicable policy regarding any valid balance refund will apply. 701 is not responsible for the content or policies of third-party links or affiliated sites.
Changes to Terms & Applicable Law
701 may update these Terms & Conditions, in part or in full, at any time. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. These Terms & Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of Bangladeshi courts.
